The employee is hard of hearing. I ordered a crepe cake, but they sent me a cheesecake. I only realized it wasn't a crepe cake when I opened the package. I couldn't exchange it even though I didn't order the wrong thing. All I got was an apology. Customer money doesn't just appear out of thin air! I'm so upset, wasted my money, and very disappointed. ☹️☹️☹️☹️

The atmosphere is nice and the service is good, but the order-taking process needs improvement. I saw three customers place orders consecutively, and all three orders were incorrect.

Cafe Amazon in or space, a newly opened shop with a beautiful design that is quite inviting to sit in. It's like a modern cafe. The drinks taste standard. There are 2 staff who are cheerful and friendly. There are about 10 seats, both inside and outside the shop. If you want a shop that has things for sale, like glasses or instant powdered drinks, there is a lot of parking, you can park in the or space project. The Amazon shop has a walkway connected to the found and found shop with the same owner.

The new Cafe Amazon branch is located in the new community mall of OR and is not part of the PTT gas station. The shop is quiet and uncrowded, making it a great place to work or relax for a while.
