The flavors are vibrant, and you can really taste the fruit. However, the texture of the soft serve is quite light and melts quickly, likely due to the high fruit content. There are a few areas for improvement. The service is quite slow—customers wait around 20 minutes because the staff still rely on checking recipes and aren’t very efficient. The store also lacks basic takeaway options: there are no bags or lids, so everything needs to be eaten immediately. Additionally, fruit washing could be more thorough. For example, I noticed that raspberries from Driscoll’s were used straight from the packaging for decoration without washing. Overall, the concept and quality are great, but better management and service efficiency would make the experience much smoother.
