Beautiful restaurant! I was in awe by the extensive list of teas that they had and from all over the world! The service was fantastic and unexpectedly fancy. We enjoyed the tea so much that we had to buy some to take home. Highly recommended if you’re someone who enjoys premium, specialty teas with a focus on rare and artisanal selections.

Nice setting and friendly staff, but disappointing policies for a so-called premium tea brand. We ordered the largest afternoon tea set for two (1,290 THB + 10%), yet most items came with only one piece each. Even worse — no tea refill. Staff said the leaves are thrown away for “quality control,” which makes no sense since quality tea can easily be brewed again. Beautiful place, but the rules ruin the experience.

Variety of tea you can get here, and food too. I got an afternoon tea set for a special price from my credit card. The food tasted nice, and the service was good, but if you didn't have the promotion, the price will be very high. I wish that we can refill hot water to the tea leaf, but that is not the case, there is no tea leaf in the pot, so when it is gone that is all you get.

TWG Tea is a must-visit for tea enthusiasts. The luxurious ambiance and wide selection of high-quality teas make for an exceptional experience. Paired with delicious desserts, the offerings are well worth the slightly higher prices. The attentive service and elegant atmosphere leave a lasting impression.

My first experience at this famous brand tea shop. It was very good. My opinion is, this is the best TWG in Bangkok. The best service and most competent staff. I had a great small afternoon tea set meal. The scone I had was phenomenal. It was the raisin scone and it was so great. I will definitely come back to this location.
