Café Amazon

This branch has terrible service. The cashier was grumpy, spoke in a harsh tone as if customers were employees. They shouldn't be working in customer service. I ordered two drinks and waited a very long time.

Café Amazon, located in a PTT gas station in the Suan Phak-Kanchanaphisek area, offers a refreshing atmosphere, reminiscent of nature. The atmosphere is cool and comfortable, with a variety of seating sizes available. I ordered my favorite, a 25% sweet chocolate frappe for 60 baht. The taste was standard for other branches in the chain, perfectly balanced and full of chocolate flavor. The staff provided excellent service: polite, prompt, and friendly.

This branch is spacious, airy, and has plenty of seating. There are charging stations for working, and the drinks and service are up to standard.
