Dec. 68 / 10 AM, Saturday. It was busy, but the wait wasn't long. There were many staff members, and the service was good and friendly. They use three coffee machines. The shop is very large and spacious, with two floors. The decor is luxurious. There's indoor and outdoor seating, including long tables, work tables, and sofas – plenty of choices. The seating is comfortable, and the air conditioning is very cold, with plenty of units throughout the shop (though I get cold easily, so there weren't any seats that were a little less cold, haha). A great thing is that there are restrooms inside the shop, so you don't have to walk to the gas station's. Very convenient. This branch has a huge selection of Amazon souvenirs, so many beautiful ones that it's hard to resist! 📌I highly recommend stopping by! I love this shop. P.S. This PTT branch is huge and has many shops; it's great for browsing around.

The Cafe Amazon branch at PTT Borommaratchathani 97 is excellent. They have a huge food selection and a wide variety of drinks. The staff are friendly, quick, and efficient; you don't have to wait long. The atmosphere is great. It's a shame it's on a main road; it should be open 24/7.

This is a branch of Café Amazon that is beautifully built and decorated, making it a very inviting place to sit. The service and staff are also quite good. However, with take away and drive-thru services, drinks and service may be delayed, but the staff will try to get the beverage to customers as quickly as possible. Therefore, we would like to recommend a caretaker or manager of this branch to take care of and solve this problem. Because if this problem can be solved, there will be no disadvantages to this branch.

Nice place good location but Sundays morning have a old-timers gang talking so loud disturbing others customers.没有礼貌。

Very large area, waiting for EV Station PluZ, Luxury style 2-floor with Café Amazon, good for relaxing and take time. 🙂
