Warung Pondok d'Desa

One of my fave places when staying nearby. The food was pretty good, the price was super affordable, and the place was simple and nice. Very recommended!

Ayu & Sebastian have done the most amazing catering for breakfast and bringing it and plating it up at our villa. The quality and presentation of the food is superb. They are the most beautiful couple. If you’re staying in Ubud and require breakfast at your villa, I thoroughly recommend this wonderful Warung to cater for your needs. Thank you Ayu & Sebastian. 🙏🏽

We decided to keep exploring south of the Monkey Forest after visiting there. We were so hot and tired after walking for hours. We stumbled on this beautiful warung overlooking a temple. Their little dog was so sweet, the food and smoothies were incredible and we felt very refreshed after stopping here! It’s off the main areas in Ubud, but well worth the visit! We enjoyed exploring the area around this warung as well.

Great place with good food and relaxing, calm atmossphere and nice owner/staff. Will you find inner peace and chi whatever here? Maybe not but its inexpensive and has a great view on a small temple. Nothing spectacular but we spent a whole rainy afternoon here as the only guests with fruit salads and orange+ginger+cinnamon(great for soar throat) drinks here and it was absolutley perfect for that.

Favorite restaurant in Bali! This restaurant is awesome! Everything is so fresh and tasty! All the juices are natural and they ask you if you want to have sugar or not (best juice: hot orange tea - trust me it’s so delicious!) We went there every day during our time in Ubud and we really miss it. You have to try the vegan Satay or anything with their peanut sauce - it is THE BEST peanut sauce we had during the whole time in Bali. The owners are super friendly and you can feel, how hard they try to make their restaurant a perfect place.
The food is cheap (1,40€ for a main dish) and the portions are big! Also try their homemade desserts!
Can’t wait to come back! ♥️
