Warung Leker

The signage and restaurant exterior is nondescript but wow the food is excellent! For dinner, we had the must-try Nasi Campur Bali (US$2.7) and Grilled Eggplant (Terong Bakar Bumbu Bali, US$2.5) and we were not disappointed. They were flavorful and taste like authentic home-cooked meals. They went especially well with the Garden Squash and Arak Mojito which we also ordered. Given the outdoor seating, we were a bit concerned initially with the mosquitoes, but the repellent that was made available (at each table) was highly effective. We will come back again the next day to try the rest of the menu! This is a great find and value-for-money restaurant. PS. we were not told to give a 5 star rating in return for a free cocktail lol.

I stayed for two weeks inside the compound of Leker Life. It was honestly one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in Bali! It was new and stylish, with pretty decor on the outside too, and there’s also a nice kitchen. Sometimes the guests of their warung were eating in the compound, which was also a very Balinese experience 😅 I would love to stay again if the room is available! Thank you for hosting me in your home 🫶

This is a hidden paradise located in Nyuh Kuning Village. If you're tired of sightseeing in Ubud, stop by Nyuh Kuning Village, relax in this quiet spot, and enjoy a delicious meal. Your trip to Ubud will become an even better memory. From the outside, it may not be obvious, but you can enjoy your meal in a beautiful, spacious garden reminiscent of a temple. It's truly a beautiful and peaceful place. Additionally, the male owner is an excellent cook, and you can savor Balinese cuisine prepared with great care, reflecting his heart and soul. I'm a vegetarian, and there's a vegetarian menu available. The curry is my favorite. And I always take out coffee to go. I sincerely appreciate the pure-hearted soul that preserves this place, serves the food, and warmly welcomes tourists. May many people find healing and fulfillment here.

The best meal I’ve had in Bali so far! The ingredients are so fresh and the food is tasty. The environment is 10 out of 10 for having my meal.

Loved the grilled chicken and everything that came with. Hidden gem in Ubud Glad to have come here. Been here for almost a week and it’s the best meal I’ve had. Atmosphere is great in the garden. if i could i would give it 10 stars.
