I've passed this place so many times but finally decided to stop and try. I was surprised how good it was and also it had such beautiful rice field views. The banana porridge with strawberries and dragon smoothie bowl were both delicious. There is a discount on coffee ordered before 10am.
Tropicana Cafe offers a culinary adventure with stunning views. The nasi Goreng and mee Goreng burst with flavors coupled with Bintang beer. The signature churros are crispy delights, and the dragonfruit bowl adds a tropical touch. Discovering this gem on our last day was a delightful surprise. With its vibrant ambiance and panoramic views, Tropicana Cafe exceeded expectations, earning a five-star rating for its delectable cuisine and enchanting atmosphere. Definitely a place to recommend others!
Nice place just to sit back and relax with some goodies, enjoying the view of rice fields. Prices are affordable. Hot chocolate was really good and rhubarb coconut crumble was a great discovery of tastes. Only improvement area was the churros bowl. It should have been fried longer, however appreciate it might be difficult to judge how done it really is.
Cute place with rusty tropical decor and lush ricefield view, best known for their churros, which is really good. Inexpensive menu considering it's in Umalas
Following another recommendation from a friend and regular Bali visitor, I dropped in here for a pre-dinner snack and coffee. Built in and around a shipping container, this quaint little place offers a variety of food including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Seems like they are well renowned for their churros, coffee, fried chicken, crepes and more. All I can say is that I was very, very happy with my cappuccino and churros with dark chocolate. Late in the afternoon, I was the only customer, so I had the place to myself. I opted to sit upstairs to take advantage of the lovely, serene view over the rice paddies. I had a chat later with the friendly Caroline, who has great English, and is really nice. Looking forward to dropping in again to get another coffee fix, and try out something different from the menu. Keep up the great work Team Tropicana Cafe!
