We have been visiting your café almost every other day since the end of December — more than 30 times — because we like your food and coffee. We are regular customers who consistently order full meals and leave large checks. Today we arrived at 12:00 and sat at a large table. We ordered two coffees and two dishes and planned to have lunch later. At 13:30 a waitress approached us and told us that sitting with laptops is only allowed at the counter by the window. At that moment, there were no two seats available next to each other there, and moving would have required disturbing other guests. At the large table, we were the only ones sitting. At the same time, there were other guests in the café who had been sitting with laptops longer than us and not at the counter. When we pointed this out, we were told that “they had already been warned.” Questions to the café owners: - Does your staff really not notice regular customers who come almost daily and spend money on food, not just one coffee for several hours? - Why force guests to move when there are empty tables available? - Why were these “rules” suddenly applied only today, after more than a month of regular visits? After this interaction, we were clearly unhappy and left without even finishing our coffee. Our reaction was completely ignored, and we were casually told “have a nice day.” If you have rules about working with laptops, they should be clearly communicated and applied consistently to everyone. Kicking out loyal, paying customers without explanation or flexibility is a great way to lose them.

We had a delightful morning at Remix. The staff were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The breakfast was lovely, with fresh and delicious juices. Everything on our plate was high-quality and tasted amazing. We also loved the cozy, warm ambience. Their coffee was the perfect way to end the feast. We absolutely love this place and will definitely come back again. The menu is extensive with lots of variety — even picky eaters won’t have to worry!

One of the warmest and coziest cafes I've ever been to in Bali. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff are friendly, and the vibe makes you feel right at home. I absolutely love this place! "I didn’t try the food, but I really enjoyed the coffee and appreciated the healthy ingredients."

Spend two hours in this place. The resto is so comfortable like being in my own place (there are stop contact to charge your phone/laptop and wifi also). I ordered oat porridge and it came in a big portion. All of the workers are so friendly and kind, they are always smiling—which I like. Thank you, will definitely come again.

Absolutely love this place! One of the best coffees in Bali, foam and milk ratio is perfect. Alternative milk options such as almond and cashew are made in house and taste great. Juices and refreshing with multiple options. Cozy spot to work from as well. The staff are kind and attentive. They have great relationships with their regulars too! Would highly recommend.
