Juice Ja Cafe is honestly one of the best places I’ve eaten in Ubud — and I’ve been coming back here for years. I went several times during this stay because it’s just that good. The tempeh is hands down the best I’ve ever had. Perfect texture, not dry or bland like it can be elsewhere. I also absolutely loved the aloe vera juice and wheatgrass shot — freshly made! — and the lemon cake was incredible. Simple, moist, and not overly sweet. The staff and the owner — Ibu Rika — are consistently warm and welcoming. You can feel that she truly cares about the food and about the people coming through the door. It’s one of those places that feels real, not trendy. And that’s exactly why I keep going back.
Amazing food, great staff, nice music. Great local products from the small producers are great as gifts and souvenirs. And their tunna pepper steak - the best tuna steak I've had in life. So I needed to take another one for takeaway 🤗
Juice Ja Café has been our favorite spot in Ubud since the Covid days, and it still feels special every time we come back. For me, it’s always the fried noodles with a sunny-side-up egg—the best noodles in Ubud, especially with extra chopped chili on the side for that perfect kick. For my partner, the chicken quesadillas are the absolute favorite—always flavorful and satisfying. For drinks, we usually order the Seasons Treat Lassi or a fresh young coconut, both super refreshing and perfect for Bali’s weather. The café itself is simple and cozy, located on Suweta Street, easy to find and convenient to stop by. What makes it even more special is the warmth of the people. The staff are always friendly, and the owner, Ibu Rika and her son, welcome everyone with genuine smiles that make you feel part of the family. If you’re looking for delicious food, refreshing drinks, and a place that feels like home, Juice Ja Café is truly a hidden gem in Ubud that we can’t recommend enough.
Very tasty and healthy food, even the gluten free cookies were amazing. The staff and the owner are so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this small restaurant.
The most incredible, welcoming host and the most Delicious healthy food for breakfast in Ubud. I love the mulberry pancakes, the fresh juice, and basically everything about this place. Even the energy feels amazing here. A hidden gem for sure- just try it and you’ll understand. 🙌🙌
