We came for the pool. 6€ is too expensive for that. The rules very strict i couldn't even swim and the lifeguard very rude. FIRE HIM!!

I booked two rooms in this hotel for a two-night stay. The hotel has two floors, and our rooms were located upstairs, right above a wedding hall. The room cleanliness was just acceptable, but the corridors were in terrible condition — dirty carpets full of dust and clearly not maintained. The furniture in the rooms was also quite old. TV remote control not functioning properly. On the second night, there was a wedding in the hall downstairs. Some of the male guests behaved outrageously, singing loudly and shouting until 6 a.m. They were revving their motorcycles in front of the hotel all night and circling the area. The worst part was when they came upstairs and started shouting in the corridor right outside our rooms. We were terrified. No one in the hotel intervened or stopped them. A woman staying in another room had to confront them herself. There was no security staff at all. If those men had tried to enter our rooms, there would have been no one to stop them. It was a deeply disturbing and unsafe experience. None of us could sleep that night. As for breakfast — it was awful. We couldn't eat anything. This hotel is truly a disgrace to the otherwise lovely city of Thessaloniki. I strongly advise against staying here. I will also be reporting this experience to Booking.com.

I stayed in room 109. The smell from the bathroom was absolutely horrible and strong. We left the window open for two hours, but the smell was still present. Additionally, there were ants on the floor and bugs on the sheets.

I didn't stayed at the hotel I just wanted a pool to cool out for the summer well.... One of the best pools in the area if not the best , reasonable prices, very kind stuff and very cheap price in the entrance,you can also go if you are not 18 without a guardian which is a very good think because you can go with your friend let's say if you are 16-17 overall an amazing pool , only downside it closes kinda early but I understand because it is a hotel after all.

Good transit hotel in Thessaloniki area Nouvelle is a very nice hotel, American Inn style. The room is big, everything clean and in good working state. The staff was amazing friendly. Breakfast was OK. Big room with plenty of space, big balcony, huge parking place, wonderful pool. However, needs a refresh IMHO, or at least some repairs. I'm talking about the surroundings. It's a big property with a lot of premises. Some of them look abandoned.
