Great place & the manager really went out of her way to make sure that I, the parent, was fed even though I’m gluten-free. They were very kind and accommodating :)

A well maintained indoor and outdoor playground for kids. The indoor part is suitable till about 6 years old. It's air-conditioned and fully covered with soft tiling to prevent injuries. There is always an attendant present to mind the kids. Many of their plastic toys are broken, and all miss their batteries. Food is tailored to the little ones, and a quick bite The quality of the food could be improved. The waiting staff is attentive. Some kid attendants like to feel important with imposing random rules. Though most of them are kind and will even take your toddler up to the slide. The outdoor part has some trampolines and many bouncy castles. It's ok till probably 10 years old. The outside part misses things for small children. And again, some attendants like to feel important by managing bouncy castles. Allowing smoking near kids is also really disappointing, especially since it lingers under the sun cover.

We ordered the place three months ago for the last Sunday. They called us 12 hours before the event to cancel it due to expected rain. They had the time to put a roof and solve it, but chose to break the kids heart instead. Worst experience ever!!

Excellent place for kiddos to socialize and play together. Can be crowded after certain hours like 4 pm and up. Kind suggestion to management: after visiting this lovely spot a few times we have realized that playground can be a bit cleaner as far as disinfecting toys that needs detailed cleaning to avoid any type of bacteria or viruses that could spread at no time! Also using anti static disinfectant to clean the hairs that are stuck between the balls and around the plastic items due to static electricity would be highly appreciated. As far as food they have plenty of options, but I would avoid tacos( too oily) and pizzas at all times. Go for sandwiches if possible.
