We went for coffee and had a really nice experience. The waiter was very kind and welcoming, which always makes a big difference. We also noticed that they serve cocktails and they looked beautiful, we’re definitely coming back to try them next time!

If you're looking for a delicious and hearty brunch spot in Athens, look no further than Mama Says. Our group of five ordered a variety of dishes including the Croque Madame, Pancakes, Club Sandwich, and Strapatsada, and every single one was a hit! The Club Sandwich was enormous, easily enough to keep you full for hours, and the Strapatsada was rich, fresh, and perfectly complemented by the feta. The pancakes were cooked to perfection, fluffy and satisfying, while the Croque Madame hit all the right notes. We also each ordered a cold chocolate, which was smooth, rich, and full of flavour. While it's slightly pricier than some other meals we had in Athens, it’s still great value by UK standards and absolutely worth it for the quality and portion sizes. There’s plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, and the staff provided menus in both Greek and English, making it super accessible for tourists. A fantastic spot for a proper, satisfying brunch, highly recommended!

The location is what makes this place really nice. We arrived around 1100 for brunch and it was already pretty hot, but the outdoor seating was really well ventilated and had a constant breeze. It’s also really nice to be able to people-watch at the interaction that it overlooks. We both had the Croque Madam, nothing special but not bad either. The coffee was pretty good too.

Gorgeous cafe with a great selection of food and drinks. The cappuccino Freddo was SO good I drank the first one in about 30 seconds and ordered another. Avocado toast was lovely with added bacon and the fresh orange juice tasted delicious. Great spot that I really struggled with what to chose, I’ll definitely be back.

Lovely pet friendly place. As soon as we sat down they brought us water and also a bowl with water for our pet, which was great after a long walk in August Athens heat. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly.
