Nice Place for Short Coffee Break
I placed an order (a sweet crepe) from the “wolt” app and it said in the shop description: “delivery in 25-35 minutes.” I placed the order and it eventually said it would take a maximum of 45 minutes. I called them after 50 minutes of waiting for my order and they told me that the delivery guy had left and that he would be there in 5 minutes. Eventually, instead of 5 minutes, it took 20 minutes. In total, I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for a crepe, which in the end wasn’t even that tasty. I won’t order from there again.
The worst experience from a store ever, the worst thing far from there, I wish it had 0 stars to put We ordered an omelet with a side salad, we receive it, open it and see a caterpillar in the salad walking around and greeting us. We informed them on the phone so that we could find a solution, they didn't believe us and said that they would first send someone from their own team to see it in person and then see if they would send us our order without the live snack An hour passed and they didn't send us anyone, they told us on the phone that they would pick us up shortly, they never picked us up, they avoided us the whole time and didn't want to serve us Three hours passed to tell us that they were now preparing a new one and would send it to us Again lies They never sent it to us I didn't let them so after 24 hours I continued to call and ask for my money back They didn't give it to us and they told us that they would send us a new omelet with salad AFTER A WHOLE DAY, and when it arrived you should know that the ingredients were missing and the quantity was too small compared to the previous one they had brought us With In short, terrible service, great hypocrisy on their part. I will definitely not choose them again, neither I nor my people.
This is the second time they cancel my order without even making the attempt to call me to explain why. One time was when they were busy and could not take any more orders, and another time in the early morning. To the owner/s: You need to get your staff into the habit of communicating with the customers for these cases. If you are not accepting orders, then you need to show as OFFLINE in the App as to not create frustration, it's not rocket science.
