Garbage The garbage hasn’t been removed for a year, and the place has turned into a hangout for drunks and homeless people.

Aristo developers clearly doesn't give a damn about the health & quality of life of their customers, or even the surrounding people. They've been burning tyres, plastic bags, wood and all their trash right next to the homes where people live. Absolute insanity and a disgrace to Cyprus. At the same time, we see how they're building. After 3 years you already have mold issues in a newly-build house, they don't vent the houses, they leave it open for children & teenagers to do drugs and make fires, ... I seriously can't grasp how these people are still doing business. AVOID, AT ALL COSTS.

I have many friends with complaints , they bought a super expensive "villa" but its the worst cheapest house u can buy on the market. Overpriced and scammers , promising one thing and then delivering another . After the purchase was done , they no longer care to assist you, and even will try to cause problems . Avoid if you are foreigner looking to invest here in Cyprus.

This is the first time I have contacted Aristo using their online chat forum. The Agent was extremely helpful, considering my enquiry related to a purcase made almost 20 years ago. They dealt with my enquiry quickly and efficiently. They pointed me in the right direction, including providing contact details, for the person who can help me further with my query. The only thing I would recommend they do, is to provide the name of the agent dealing with you. To give even more of a personal touch! CC
