The young waiters and mz waitresses are very friendly and attentive. They seem to put so much effort into serving their customers that it feels like they're part of the owner's family. They don't force tips, so I skipped the tip setting screen and said I'd give 10 percent. Since I'm traveling and want to try everything, I only ordered a small amount, but the oven-baked sardines were delicious. You can pay by card or cash. Tips are set up on the card screen, and if you pay by cash, there's a tip box at the reception. It would be nice if they also had oven-baked eggplant. Anyway, the oven-baked sardines would go well with rice, seaweed, and korean shredded squid. Since there was no rice seaweed or korean shredded squid, (when you do buy to go)I just ate whatever was served. In my opinion, this place is currently the best. chigojonum Try it on its own to see if Greek lemon is good, and try it with a squeeze of lemon. The taste is completely different. It's like adding radish to soup with clear radish and finishing it off with radish.

We ended up visiting this place four times during our stay in Athens, and that alone says a lot. It quickly became our go-to spot for exploring Greek small plates and traditional flavors. Everything we tried was freshly cooked daily and absolutely delicious. Our favorites included giant beans, fava beans, chickpeas, and a variety of salads—especially the horta (steamed greens). We also enjoyed Greek grilled sausage, deep-fried anchovies, oven-baked sardines, and saganaki. Every dish was full of flavor and clearly made with care. The service was fast, friendly, and incredibly welcoming, making each visit a pleasure. Another great sign was seeing plenty of locals dining there, which really speaks to the quality of the food. On a typical visit, we would order 4–5 different dishes and pay around €20 total, including tips, which is excellent value for the quality and experience. If you’re looking to explore authentic Greek cuisine, try a wide range of dishes, and enjoy great service at a very reasonable price, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommended!

We came here on an Athens walking food tour. It is a very busy, popular bustling place. The eggplant and vegetables was my favourite dish and the broad beans. Calamari was also good. Def visit if you are in the area

Great food with affordable prices, the place was packed with locals which means it serves very good quality. I went there 3 times during my 7 days stay in Athens, tried as much as I could. They are also very welcoming and attentive to the client's needs. This is for me a true Athenian experience.
