Terasmus is actual magic in café form. It’s tucked right into Erasmus Park and somehow manages to feel like a cozy movie scene every single time we go. You can sip your coffee, grab a snack, and watch your kids play in the sand in this perfect little pocket of joy. Add a dog on a leash and it’s basically a lifestyle ad. This is our family’s weekly ritual now, no question. The kids get hot cocoa every time, with whipped cream and they serve it with a small cookie which makes their entire day. Honestly, it makes my day too. The staff is always so kind, the service is fast, and the coffee is consistently on point. No off days. No bad vibes. Just excellent humans serving excellent coffee in one of the prettiest little park settings in Amsterdam. Since moving here, this place has become one of the best parts of our routine. If you want a spot that feels special, calm, joyful, and just… right this is it. We’ll be back. Every week. Forever

The coffee here is seriously good, rich, smooth, and clearly made with care. Sandwiches are freshly made and delicious. They also offer great vegetarian options, which is a big plus.

Excellent cafe. The coffee was fantastic, the cup of tea was a proper, generous size, and the ham and cheese toastie was absolutely delicious. They have a daily selection of sandwiches as well which I’ll try next time. The best thing, though, was the wait staff. All very friendly and happy to chat back to me in Dutch, even though my vocabulary was limited. It’s hard to find this kind of service in Amsterdam. Highly recommend.

One of the best places to go with your dog. Our must-visit cafe after play time in Erasmuspark 🐶 you can enjoy nice pastries with your coffee or a breakfast. Croissant are warm and super fresh every morning. Not to mention friendly staff who always have a smile on their face. 😊

Wonderful location in a nice park in Amsterdam. Perfect place to work out and then grab lunch. Hope they add some more healthy options to the menu
