Amazing coffee spot. I’ve never tasted coffee this good! The people are great and are very helpful too. I also like how laid-back and non-judgemental they are. They are clearly passionate about coffee, but they won’t give you an attitude if you are not. The pastries are very fresh as well. Highly recommend this place to everybody. I have been bringing over my family and friends and they were all satisfied :) — For those of you who have read The Monk of Mokha, this place will bring you right back into the heart of the book.

First of all... WOAH! Second... Another WOAH! We stopped here due to a recommendation, and was not disappointed, it was an whole other coffee experience. They know their stuff, when you're chatting with the baristas - They have knowledge and skills explaining everything in detail. The roast they serve is an excellence and upper class. These beans are a signature of it's own. We had a cocoa coffee, with natural dark chocolate and the foam was made with perfection and artistry. Not only do they know coffee- but their service level is top notch all through. Thanks for an amazing viait and tasteful experience, can't wait to get back.

I love this place! Mostly because I can see and appreciate true art and love behind each cup. I always love to see people who are truly passionate with what they do and at this place even I was able to enthusiastically share my love for coffee. Upon reaching Amsterdam, I wanted a good cup of coffee and found Elevate Labs, which turned out to be a great start to the trip. It is a coffee experience, not just a typical café. The focus is entirely on the brew rather than on an extensive food menu. The croissant was excellent as well, though the bakery options are limited. I do hope they expand that selection over time. They did not follow the usual menu format of listing cappuccino or flat white as standard options. Instead, you chose the coffee itself, as they did not have a specific house blend, and then decided whether you wanted it black or with milk. You could then mention if you preferred it styled like a cappuccino or flat white. A different and refreshing experience for someone who truly enjoys good coffee.

Great coffee place with a chill vibe and great baristas.The guys are very good at their craft and very helpful with their coffee suggestions, but first of all great and authentic people. Good selection for both handbrew and espresso,as well as great execution. Also props to Barna for suggesting me some other coffee places and bakeries to try. His suggestions really helped me have some more amazing food and coffee experiences. Much love from athens guys!
