Café Wolf

We tried the Oesterzwam Pizzette and it was absolutely delicious. The balance of flavours was spot on — savoury soy sauce, creamy tahini, and a subtle drizzle of honey that tied everything together beautifully. I was initially worried the generous bunch of herbs might be overpowering, but it actually worked perfectly, adding freshness and balance to the dish. Even the flatbread itself was excellent — soft, flavourful, and clearly well made. A really thoughtful, well-executed dish and definitely worth ordering.

Landed on Cafe Wolf after some serious Googling for a good breakfast place in central Amsterdam - and boy was this a delicious find. We ordered the shakshuka and the pork belly kimchi brioche burger, and both tasted excellent.

Such a wonderful brunch/breakfast place. The food is absolutely delicious, and they have good coffee to go with it. Their pancakes are actually the best pancakes I’ve had in my life.
