Café George

4 stars (score at the time of writing) is low for this place. Four people had dinner here. Walk in. Only place for about 10 outside so recommend booking if you want one of those tables. We walked in and sat inside. Really good food. Fast service. Reasonable prices.

We had a fantastic meal at Café George in Amsterdam. The food was absolutely top-notch—especially the burger, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Eat This: I did not catch the name but it is the chocolate lava style cake with ice cream! So good! Rich, indulgent, and worth every bite if you like that sort of cake and ice cream. The Steak Frites was also excellent! The only thing that kept it from being a completely relaxing evening was the noise level—it was pretty loud, which made conversation a bit of a challenge. Still, the vibrant atmosphere seems to be part of the charm. If you’re looking for a place with excellent food and a lively vibe, Café George is definitely worth a visit.

The food was delicious, we went for lunch and really loved it. The staff was also very kind. The place is small so better making a reservation beforehand. Totally recommended!

Centrally located restaurant serving sandwiches, burgers, salads, pasta and more. Although the space is large, they only seated patrons towards the back of the restaurant, very close to each other, which made the dining experience less comfortable. The dishes tasted good and were well served

Everything we put in our mouths we loved!! The food was perfect and had so much flavor! I highly recommend this place. The staff was friendly! Wonderful cocktails too! Get the south side cocktail!
