Bagels & Beans

This Bagels & Beans is located next to the water with bright windows and a comfortable interior. The coffee and food are of good, reasonable quality, especially compared to the price. The only negative aspect I can think of is the staff, which is attentive but does not really reflect a nice attitude. Especially the manager has a mean expression, also towards the customer. I understand, however, that service jobs can get highly demanding and stressful, just something to note maybe. Besides that, a really nice cafe and I will continue to come here.

I came here in August 2024, a year after same experience, different love. 2nd time in Amsterdam, 2nd time in here. No more words needed :)

The food was tasty and the price was okay. I had a glutenfree bagel as I'm allergic. The toppings were great! The bagel-bread was okay, but I always lower my expectations for glutenfree versions of bread, so I didn't mind. The service was pretty slow. However, it was relatively busy and I could see that they were getting delivery-orders as well.

I went here as I read they have gluten free and vegan bagels. They didnt let me down. I got the thai chilli “chicken” bagel and it was amazing. The place is so cosy and service is outstanding. Also the pineapple crunch coffee was so good the flavours really went well together.

Delicious bagels! I had the one with pumpkin spread and the goats cheese. Great option for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. I really enjoyed everything. I love how dedicated employees are, talking great care of customers, but also the place itself, minding flowers and furniture.
