Stepped into this place by mistake, deceived by the display of their cheese cake. They are one veteran classic example of how not to treat your customer! Will never suggest this place to anyone! When we visited, the place was literally empty. We took a table and were attended by someone after 5 mins. We placed order for a cheese cake and coffee. The waitress was so rude and immediately said that they offered table only if we order for 2 cheese cakes! Common….. you folks are not giving away free food for charity, you charge super high price for a not worthy food! Coming to the cake, totally not worth it at all. It was tasteless and favourless! Avoid this place !

Really good San Sebastián cheesecake and coffee. We ordered chocolate sauce on the side for cheesecake and it was good to portion the sweetness. The pistachio croissant was too sweet for me, but otherwise very good and flaky. Love the food, service was average.

We had our morning coffee and cake here on our last day in Vienna, and it was an absolute treat. Great service from the two waitresses — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We had an almond cake and a Black Forest gâteau, both beautifully made and delicious. The assortment of cakes, ice creams, and coffees was excellent. The café is stylish yet cosy, with comfortable seating and a relaxed atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable for such a central spot right on Kärntnerstraße. A perfect place to enjoy a classic Viennese moment.

The San Sebastian was creamy and the chocolate sauce on top was very delicious. Highly recommended!! The store was a bit small and it could be difficult to find a seat when you’re visiting in rush hours.

Amazing cakes and chocolate! We tried the chocolate cake, strawberry cake, and Dubai chocolate—all rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The red carpet entrance adds a fun, elegant touch, and the location directly across from St. Stephen's Cathedral couldn’t be better. Excellent customer service made the experience even sweeter. A must-visit for dessert lovers!
