La Bottega del Caffè

The waiter misheard me, generally no problem, but when we confronted him and asked for the right drink he acted quite rude and didn’t believe me. When I got my cappuccino Freddo (iced) it tasted very watered down… and they had already spilled some on the little plate. On top of that they were out of tables, so when another family came they asked an older man sitting at a table next to us with his glass of water to hurry up and leave so the other customers could sit. Would not recommend this place Also quite expensive for what it is Rude staff

In such a busy tourist area, it was nice to find a place slightly above the average. We stopped at La Bottega del Caffè for coffee, tea and tiramisu, and it was a pleasant break. The coffee was good, and the tiramisu was served in its traditional style — something surprisingly hard to find these days. The dessert was well balanced in flavor and definitely above the standard tourist-trap sweets. Overall, a good spot to sit down, relax and enjoy something sweet, especially if you’re on your way back from the Colosseum.

Tourist trap. We asked for omelette with tomatoes and onion they gave us omelette separate and tomatoes and onions separate. When I told them I needed the veggies inside the omelette cooked they cut those tomatoes and onions and just place it inside the omelette. If you can’t make a special request just say no. On that we got a comment saying this is not Indian restaurant. I also ordered a panini with cheese, instead of panini they gave us regular bread with mozzarella cheese. The cappuccino was served cold.

Welcoming place with much activity in the piazza to experience . It is like a ballet as the atmosphere changes all day long . The food is good and the owner pleasant and friendly . My favorite place for a morning cafe ,lunch, aperitivi or a light dinner .

Very cozy sat for dinner on the terrace. varied menu and everything was very tasty. Champagne available by the glass was certainly good. Very friendly and helpful service. Children also ate well. The carpaccio as a starter was delicious. Pasta and duck were also good in taste and desserts certainly do! Price quality fine, not expensive.
