Petite Maison de Thé

I booked an hour and a half massage and the experience was nothing short of surreal, in the negative sense of the term though. The masseur towards the end of the massage touched inappropriately the intimate areas several times and despite having pointed it out to him he not only continued but said nothing. I’m utterly stunned, shocked and I will never set foot in this centre again.

As a loyal customer of La Petite Maison de Thé, I have always appreciated the quality of their services and have consistently spoken highly of them to others. Unfortunately, the service I received objectively deserves a 0/5 rating. I had booked a one-hour massage. Arriving five minutes early, I was ultimately seen ten minutes late, and the session nevertheless ended at the originally scheduled time: I therefore only received 50 minutes of massage. Beyond this initial issue, the quality of the massage was extremely disappointing. The therapist (a man, which is already not my preferred partner) was very rough, lacking depth and control, making rushed and jerky movements. The entire session was so uncomfortable that I ended up more tense than when I arrived. This type of experience is unacceptable given the level of service one has the right to expect from a massage, regardless of the price. I wrote to the manager but received no response, so I am sharing my experience here.
