Room is small but why does it matter you are only sleeping there. The opening into the shower doors it quit small, I'm sure that on really thin people would not have difficulty getting in and out.

Walls are extremely thin, making it easy to hear neighbors' phone conversations as if they were in your own room. Receptionist's attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful, seemingly enjoying guests' discomfort. Her demeanor gives the impression of self-importance.Due to the lack of soundproofing, the hotel may only be suitable for those who don't plan on sleeping during their stay.Not recomending. Finally, when I payed I have been promised room on the 5 th floor that I saw during my visit but after I ended up with room on 2 nd floor which was on the street with passing cars, that felt like scam!

Overall, our hotel room was clean and comfortable. However, we encountered two significant issues during our stay. Firstly, while attempting to close the glass sliding door to the bathroom, it unexpectedly came off its hinges, causing injuries to both my fiancée and myself. Despite informing the staff, their response seemed solely focused on potential damage to the room rather than our well-being. This raises concerns about the design and construction of the rooms. Secondly, we were overcharged for the city tax, with the actual amount totaling €20.8 for a two-night stay for two people, despite booking indicating a charge of €1.88 per person per night. This suggests either misleading information on the booking platform or an erroneous charge by the hotel. These issues require attention and resolution. We hope for a satisfactory response from the hotel management regarding these matters. Update: still waiting for the contact from the hotel. 6 months and counting. If you want a good night's sleep, you will want to avoid this hotel. They falsely advertise "soundproof rooms" on Booking.com but you will hear the conversations and noises of the rooms above, below, and throughout the building. Not to mention, the rooms facing the street are loud at all hours of the day and night. The matress's lack of firmness caused our backs to ache each night we spent there.

I stayed in one of the rooms newly renovated. It was quite nice! Nice TV, view, beautiful modern bathroom, wall-mounted TV and plenty of wall outlets. Small room, but very well organized IKEA-style. Staff was very friendly and even offered travelers guidance. Thank you!
