Hi. We had lunch at Taiga in Madrid (Conde de Peñalver) on a very cold Friday, and for €14.50 we got a set menu. We had stir-fried vegetables with teriyaki sauce, steak with fries, and homemade cheesecake with a drink. The menu was very good value for money. We really enjoyed it for the price. What I liked least was that we were seated at a high table near the door, and we had to put on our coats because it was so cold, so we left early (I should also mention that we should have asked to be seated somewhere else... There weren't many people there at that time, which was 1:45 pm).
Really disappointing good with a terrible tomato and tuna, they took 45 mins between each dish, and it was super loud due to the echo to the point that we couldn’t hear each other in a table of 6. A shame because the staff seemed nice
Best service I've ever had, Leonela took care of everthing, she's worderfull.
Good tapas and drinks!
Too expensive for what it is. We ordered the weekend menu, the 1st dish was nice, the 2nd just ´nah´ and the brownie was not good. They charge extra if you eat at the terrasse which is not announced ahead. A clear breach of consumer rights. The stuff was attentive and kind though.
