They were fast, helpful and also spoke really good english

The worst post service i ever had to deal with. The latest experience: Had a package sent with DHL from abroad. After customs it ends up with Elta. Get 2 sms, first one that it needs to be picked up, it will stay there for 20 days and so on. Great. 10 min after new sms about the same package, but this time it says that package will stay there for a "few" days. Who writes this and what does even a "few" days mean? Not to mention that this Elta is nowhere near where i actually live, and like the banks they close at 14.30.

Slow, rude, and terribly inefficient. Staff do not put any effort in their work, resulting in half-hour waiting times at best.

Understaffed so usually overcrowded. Wait times of over 30 minutes are common. The staff is hit and miss.

Very crowded always and waiting time is exhausting.Sometimes you have to wait in vain because they are not organized.Most of the employees are trying to be helpful but the administration should consider more organized solutions and more cashiers.Overall waste of time to use this post office.
