Great place, cozy atmosphere, and every coffee comes with a croissant! The design is great, the owners greet you, make their own coffee, and chat with customers. We've been coming here every Saturday for about six months now!

New name, reopened after renovations at the end of June, looks great, more elegant now. New opening hours. Unfortunately, Jovica is only there very rarely now, so the place lacks its soul, although the waitresses are also nice.

Best cafe in Vienna, along with Padrino cafe! My visit to the Paladium was an all-around pleasant experience, one I'm happy to share. As soon as I entered the cafe, I was struck by the cozy and inviting atmosphere. The decor was stylish, with a blend of modern design and warm, rustic elements, creating a very pleasant ambiance. The soft background music also contributed to an immediate sense of well-being. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The staff greeted me with a smile and took the time to answer my questions. What was particularly impressive was their personalized recommendations and attentiveness to my requests. The wait for my order was pleasantly short, even though the cafe was busy. The culinary offerings also left nothing to be desired. I ordered a cappuccino and a slice of homemade cake. The cappuccino was perfectly prepared—a beautiful crema, a balanced ratio of espresso and milk, and served piping hot. The cake was a true highlight: fresh, moist, and perfectly balanced in flavor. It was obvious that quality and fresh ingredients are important here. The value for money was also excellent. The prices were absolutely reasonable for the quality and service I received. It was noticeable that great attention to detail is paid to the work here. I would also like to particularly emphasize the cleanliness of the café. The tables were wiped regularly, the dishes were cleared promptly, and the restrooms were in immaculate condition. This shows that great importance is placed on hygiene and the well-being of guests. Overall, my visit to the Paladium was a very positive experience. I highly recommend this café – whether for a relaxed breakfast, a quick coffee between meals, or a cozy meeting with friends. I will definitely be back!
