Le Dunois

Living next to this bar is exhausting. Its music spills out onto the street. Wednesday, June 11, 2025: Noisy customers until after 2:30 a.m.! Thursday, June 12, 2025: Music blasting. Friday, June 13, 2025 (today): Music blasting. And it's very audible, even with the windows closed. Noise pollution is prohibited, but the manager doesn't seem to care.

I happened to be there, and the owner was super cool. It has that old-school, local pub vibe, where the garbage collectors have their coffee and Calvados—you know, the Parisian spirit. If you go on a bad day, your opinion will probably be different, but for me, it was great.

Feeling like you're on vacation in Dunois. All that's missing is the sun. Large terrace (rare in Paris), a few cats around the bar come to say hello. Inside, large space with light garland. Unbeatable price (2.50 per perrier, I've never seen that in Paris).

It's a popular café on Place Dunois, where we live not far away, and it's very pleasant to go there for a beer, a mint lemonade, or a meal like steak and fries. It's nice because it's always the same people who serve us, so we can get to know them. They sometimes have concerts, which is fantastic! Hats off to them, and long live Café Dunois!
