A delicious brioche (both soft and toasty), the fillings are varied and very well done, for both sweet and savory brioches. I also loved the matcha/red berry drink! Can't wait to go back!
I had a lovely evening with my friends. I ordered a coconut matcha, a strawberry matcha latte, with curry brioche, mango cream, Nutella, and ube. The ingredients were fresh and it was excellent! Thank you to Elise for her hospitality ✨
A wonderful discovery! Both savory and sweet brioches lived up to the delicious promise (absolutely divine). The brioches were beautifully presented and incredibly tempting. The welcome was very warm, and the staff were attentive and caring. The decor was charmingly themed, perfectly matching the brand's poster. I highly recommend it!
Kotcha has become my go-to spot 🤩 The brioches are delicious, soft, and perfectly crispy on the outside. The cream is wonderfully creamy and not too sweet! The Nutella brioche is perfect for an afternoon snack 😋 The savory brioches are well-made, and there's something for everyone, which is fantastic! (Salmon, bacon béchamel, Japanese curry, egg mayo). I really love the slightly sweet and savory combination. The lunch deal is a really great deal: 4 brioches of your choice and a can of soda for under €10. I haven't seen such a good deal in a long time. The drinks are also great. My favorite is still the strawberry matcha. The strawberry puree is wonderfully fragrant and sweet, perfectly balancing the matcha flavor 🤩 The barista expertly whipped the matcha into a creamier, foamier consistency. The service is excellent and getting faster and faster. The staff are lovely: very attentive and kind. If you're ever in the area, don't hesitate to try it!
A great find! Their concept is good, the products are high quality, and the menu isn't too expensive (€9.50). They've opted for quality over quantity; in my opinion, it's not enough for a full lunch, but it's perfect for a light meal. The brioches are tasty and original, but they could use a little more filling, as the edges of the sandwiches are quite empty, probably to prevent them from overflowing. The service is a bit slow at the moment, but that should improve soon. Overall, I recommend this place and wish them success. There are still things to improve, but they're on the right track.
