If I could give 0 points, I truly would. On February 10, 2026, I visited this café with my sister and my son. My son was asleep in his stroller and it was raining outside. When we went in, they told us we couldn’t sit unless we folded the stroller, even though the place was completely empty. I have rarely come across a business that is this unfriendly toward children and lacking in understanding. Our experience was genuinely disappointing. I definitely do not recommend it.

let’s talk about the churros, it was okay but it is kinda oily and if you want, you can optionally put sugar on it to be a bit tasty, their chocolate was okay. the place was noisy, understandable since it is christmas season, the service was okay, the receptionist was good and the guy with glasses that take orders always a smile on their place, but there was this specific server, i think he cleans the tables that told us to strictly not move the table, we were 8 and we want to be together since the tables are a bit far from each other but he told us we weren’t allowed to move them, which we understand it will be a bit out of order but we can just adjust them after if given a chance. but overall experience was great, cheap and if you just want to kill some time you can pass by here.

The churros and chocolate are the best so delicious. But the service is 0/100. I went with my kid, and they kept watching us, clearly trying to make us eat fast and leave. It was so annoying. They kept coming over to take my cup even though it was still half full, and I had to keep saying, “No, not yet I’m not done.”

I tought is a bit better then other chocolatiers in Madrid but very disappointingly I have to say the chocolate is full of sugar , the churros just oily but no hint of salt or anything to make them tasty by them self’s. Inside is so noisy , the tables so narrow, two people can hardly pass.The waiters are polite but this doesn’t change the atmosphere of rush/ instead of pleasant relax/ and the horrible noise of banging plates, cutlery etc. put some noise insulation on the walls , guys and less tables! Do not recommend it at all!

We went there for during coffee time, the service was pleasant but focused on quick turn around! The place was loud but cosily packed, if that’s your thing! But i have had better churros.
