The best lunch I had during my stay in Lisbon. I was craving something healthy, and a light, peaceful environment, and this café delivers on all fronts. Bright and sunny, with a menu that is loaded with lox, vegetables, and more, and a fabulous fresh ginger lemon tea. Also adorably located, and positioned for the best people watching.
The Mill Café – Lisbon Made a 2.8 walk to get into The Mill and instantly loved the vibe: cool minimalist décor with just enough warmth to make you want to settle in and stay a while. The welcome was next-level thanks to Alex — a young soccer player from California moonlighting as the friendliest front-of-house in Lisbon. I know nothing about soccer, but if his career on the pitch is anything like his people skills, he’s going far. Brunch here is very on brand: Australian roots showing proudly with smashed avo everywhere you look, and plates that are made fresh, look gorgeous, and taste every bit as good as they appear. It’s hipster, yes — but the kind that’s inclusive, easygoing, and cool without trying too hard. Coffee? Proper. Strong. Done right. And best of all: no laptops allowed. Bliss. A café where people actually talk, eat and vibe. A solid Lisbon brunch spot with charm, flavour and personality — absolutely worth a visit.
We've been here 3 times during our visit to Lisbon. It's a fabulous cafe with a menu with so many great choices that make it difficult to choose. We've had the power oatmeal, the salmon omelet, the classic breakfast, and lots of different drinks. Everything has been delicious. Our servers have been quick, efficient, and charming.
The coffee was amazing, the food exceptional, and the service super friendly. The owner was often there, always kind and welcoming. Loved the smoked salmon bagel and the blueberry pancakes — both incredible! Such a cozy, vibrant place to relax. Highly recommend!
Food was nice. The classic breakfast was good and my wife took scrambled eggs with salmon. Also 2 apperols(not the biggest size, but was good). Bit overpriced, but we were hungry, so did not looked for other breakfast place.
