Thank you so much for the new chain for my eBike. The chain broke at 300 km, and of course, that was covered by the warranty. I bought the bike in Austria and emigrated from there to Sweden. A bike shop isn't close by, so they included pliers so I could replace the chain myself. What great service, and thanks for your help.

Dit zijn zeer goede kettingen, welke goed compatibel zijn met o.a. Shimano en Sram. Ook hebben ze een goede technische dienst. Wij zijn erg tevreden met KMC!!

I've worked with them a few times. They sell sweet talk and produce shoddy products. I was rudely treated by this company, which can't stand for customer service or quality. KMC stands for "Customer-Unfriendly Mechanical Catastrophe." These amateurs don't understand anything about bicycle mechanics.

After experiencing problems with other brands of chains, I switched to KMC five years ago. Since then, I've been riding without any problems; the chains last a lifetime and shift wonderfully smoothly. Plus, KMC's service is incredibly good!

Simply perfect service.. My new chain wasn't long enough so I emailed KMC for advice, got a reply within 30 minutes and my problem was solved. Excellent!
