I booked 2 tickets for me and my friend for 2 pm. I waited 4 hours. Bus comes nearly 2 hours later (while I was in the prayer room) and not even 15 minutes later, leaves without us. Bus won’t return for us and the people here won’t issue a refund. What a joke. Last time I come to this bus station.

This bus station is so big and clean. It has bus stops which are so large and it keepa cleanliness. This terminal will halp every bus crossing this way to report legally to the Office of Transportation.

Mengwi to Banjuwangi cost us 220K per person and information desk told us that it is normal price but it was a rip off. So, information desk, security and scammer brokers work together. So long for fighting with corruption. We were also told that the bus is new but i think it is older than me and super dirty. If you are more than one person just arrange a private transfer

You can ride trans metro dewata free public bus from here to Pesiapan Tabanan or Kuta Central Parking(line K1B). If you want transfer/connecting other routes Dalung-Matahari Terbit beach(K3B), Ubud(K4B), or Kuta Central via Benoa harbour(K5B) you must transit at Ubung bus station in Denpasar using K1B. Then you can caught Airport line(K2B) can be caught at front of Kuta Central Parking by terminus transit from K1B. The bus always ready for every 5-10 minutes and using e-money card(can be bought at local minimarket) for tap count only which is the balance not deducted. -Its main terminal for many major destinations of Indonesia but its Scary bus terminal . -No security till 7am ..all over water leaking or garbage . - No at any ticket counter till 7am. Only local people will force u to buy their respective bus ticket. Untill u don’t have your own online purchased ticket. -Online taxi car/bike can drop only. If u order online to pickup ? Local taxi ppl will fight or beat them ...it’s same almost every place in BALI.
