Annoyingly unprofessional ! Woke up 2h earlier than usual to arrive on time, arrived 15 mins late (yes, my bad, but they have 2 addresses, and i went to the wrong one first, plus i called to inform them). Had to wait for more than 1h20 before having enough of it. When i asked why the long wait, they couldn't even answer ... Asked for my documents and left. What a waste of time ...

great quality service ! doctor Juliette Phelippeau and team were extremely professional and took very good care of me. The administration was also very kind and helpful in helping me throughout the process

Doctors are nice, nurse and faculties are nice. Administration are slow. 20 min surgery ended up 4 hrs in hospital just to wait for line, wait for be called, wait for payment, wait, wait , wait :)

My first experience of having an angiogram- the staff were very kind and helpful and always with a smile. It makes the situation easier to handle ! Thank you to Doctor Rosencher and his wonderful team !

Very very dessepointing. First employee, wrong information. Found myself with a secretary that asked my if I could not read as I couldn't pronounce the word...nice. Found the wright place after ups and downs around.. .and so on. The 3 employee was really really not happy doing here job. Poor here. She talked to me as I was a idiot, with a lot of difficulty as she was SO bored saying the same all day. Properly answering the same questions is driving here crazy. Get a new job, honny.
