Unfortunately, this is surely a Starbucks location you will want to avoid, specially if you're looking for auto-service. They won't give you what you ordered (I ask for a breakfast muffin [muffin, ham, cheese, egg] and they give me muffin with ham, no cheese, no egg), they won't deposit to your account the credit you purchased (I purchased $300, and they did not register that amount in my account, not a cent), and they won't give you a receipt of your deposit nor the food you ordered, claiming they throw it in the trash can. Definitely not coming back to that location; definitely an unnecessary bad reputation for the franchise to bear in Mexico City...

I ordered two coffees, one with caramel but my coffee doesn't have any caramel and the other one a caramel macchiato but it could been a latte. The service was really bad. The barista was some rude and they can't to give me my ticket. I usually went once or twice a week but right now I don't wanna go anymore.

It is a bit small. If it rains, it is not a good place to be. Despite of this, staff is nice aNd you can get different kind of coffee.
