Excellent Service!! Really kind and super friendly staff!!! Make my day

The employees chatted all day, and they didn't even know that they had received orders through the mobile app. I ordered 46g of 4 Mini Cronuts around 4pm on February 22, 2024. They didn't even know that they had been ordered because they were chatting. I went and asked, and a man checked and brought one Mini Cronuts to me. I asked him if it was 176g and 99peso. He said it was definitely correct. I came back to the table, checked my order, and asked them again. Then he gave me the other 3 and explained to me that it was because the system was wrong. They don't admit their fault and always say it's the company system's fault. The same day I ordered Venti Americano from them, but they told me that they couldn't pay with Starbucks card due to a system error. I gave them 50pedo in cash, and I didn't get the receipt. I suspect they are even stealing. I advise you to make sure that you ordered it and get the receipt

You know SB always pranks with your name, right? Well, I thought I can do the same; it made my day 3 times - and the staff could also appreciate it. If everyone who goes here does this, they will definitely be discombobulated

The classic franchise. Same as always. High prices (for mexico at least) and not quite the bang for the buck. They're allright, service is nice, place is nice, the beverages... Pretty mid honestly for the price.

Nothing personal against the workers or the coffee or anything, but every table and chair is uncomfortable, and it’s on a very Main intersection, so every few seconds there is a huge, very loud delivery truck, garbage truck, enormous gas truck, or bus, SO SO LOUD HERE. Maybe they need to enclose the entire cafe, because it’s not enclosed, and it’s just too loud to be outside. It was the least enjoyable coffee break I have had in Mexico City. Very uncomfortable all around. If you’re in the neighborhood and want a coffee to go, go for it. But if you want to sit for a while and enjoy yourself for a moment, there are a thousand other more enjoyable coffee shops in the area, I will never come back to this one.
