I came in to surprise my boyfriend, who was reading on the upper floor and the staff DIDN’T let me go through unless I bought a drink. They were incredibly rude even when I explained that I am here for a minute. Disgraceful to have this level of service, regardless if the tea is any good. Have some self respect and pick another place for a beverage.

Loved the cinnamon roll with iced Ceylan milk tea! Lovely service throughout from their team and they were pretty quick as well. Cozy and loved how everything I ordered tasted :D btw Clean toilet :P

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this tea bar. The female cashier not only had no idea what an Americano is (Americano has NO SUGAR) but also displayed a very rude attitude. It’s obvious that the shop has not properly trained its staff—this lack of professionalism left me in an unusually bad mood. I will never visit this place again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Did not think it was possible,,, a tea celebration in a world were coffe rules! I even lost hope and converted to coffee becoz I ve lost hope in finding delecious tea in Madrid. So after 2 months, here I found this cool place, although I came to Plaza de España countless times, I have never noticed T8. I guess we should thank the bus which I missed and decided to walk around. Bottom line; tried the Limon Jasmin te and wondering what CHAPPUCINIO might be like... hopefully, it is cool, too.
