Unfriendly saleswoman who prioritizes personal phone conversations over customers in the store; espresso comparatively expensive and not particularly tasty
I'm extremely satisfied, the girls are lovely. I have nothing bad to say. I highly recommend them.
The decor is modern and really nicely done – great on the outside, no doubt. But the impression completely changes the moment you go to the toilet: inside, it's awful. At these prices, you'd expect the restrooms to at least be in decent condition. Instead: traces of the previous occupants (I'll spare you the picture) everywhere, the urinal so cramped it's practically unusable, the toilet itself used as a makeshift storage room, and a sink so tiny you can't even wash your hands properly. On top of that, you pay €4 for a small cup of coffee (max. 0.25l) that isn't even half full. The staff are friendly, but visibly annoyed. In short: a pretty facade, but the value for money and hygiene are completely off the mark.
The staff member was incredibly unfriendly (hopefully just an employee and not the owner!). She was on her phone the whole time – even while serving us, with her mobile phone glued to her ear. Completely unprofessional, and her constant chatter in Romanian/Moldovan (no offense to other countries) was extremely annoying. This place is definitely the wrong choice for a "relaxed" breakfast.
We visited this coffee shop on Tuesday morning – and it was an absolute disaster. The employee was not only rude, but completely incompetent. During our entire visit, she was glued to her phone, talking incessantly, and almost completely ignoring the customers – and when she did try, it was with an incredibly arrogant manner. When we ordered a hot chocolate with a shot of espresso, she actually charged us the full price for both drinks – €7.20 for a single drink! That's not only outrageous, but also shows that she has no idea what she's doing. The pretzel stick with cheese was anything but fresh, and the milk in the cappuccino had obviously been frothed several times – an absolute no-go. The seating may look inviting, but with staff like that, this place is simply unacceptable. Never again!
