Juan, the Chinese guy, is a machine; he can make anything you ask for. I'm from Andalusia, and he made me a Serranito sandwich, and thanks to him, I got over my homesickness. He's friendly and kind, and a great cook; anything I say about him is an understatement. Highly recommended.
