Welcoming coffeehouse with handcrafted coffee, espresso & tea, plus breakfast, lunch & pastries....
This Starbucks is good and everything is well decorated and the vibes are great. The only issues lie when the police abuse their power to demand to sit here without buying something and harassing and staring at customers. That’s like crossing the border illegally and expecting to stay or squatting at someone’s house when you weren’t even invited. So many tourist and local & international residents are preoccupied for their wellbeing as well as they fake do some poor job in defending the people but so easy to fine you if you park more than a minute or find something ugly in corruption. For that not one law enforcement level is trusted.
It’s alright for a small place. No parking, so plan in advance
This is a little different Starbucks, great atmosphere and lots of seating. The person looked at me confused when I order a drink, not sure what was going on. They do not take your Starbucks Rewards app here - strange , but okay, it is México after all.
They served me the nastiest shot of espresso ever: tasted rancid, acidic, overly bitter, made me literally sick the night and the day after. Do NOT go!!!!
This is a great location and has a lovely decor. However it's quite a challenge to communicate even the basic order to servers. Both items in my order were taken down wrong - right down to the size and flavours. Given that Polanco attracts a lot of tourists it only makes sense for the restaurant to hire staff that can communicate well in English.
