Butlers Chocolate Café

One of my fave coffee places. However, was surprised with the state of the toilet particularly in Rathmines, unfortunately my auntie who was visiting me could not even use it. But service and coffee fab as usual.

I’m a regular customer of Butler’s Chocolate in Rathmines and the service here is always outstanding. The team is warm, friendly and genuinely engaged with every customer. They are consistently smiling, helpful and create a positive atmosphere. I’ve never had a single negative experience since the branch opened. I used to visit different places for my morning coffee, but now this is the only one I go to. I’ve been to other Butler’s locations around the city, yet Rathmines is by far the best in terms of customer service and overall experience. Highly recommended.

Gabriella was so so lovely and positive, the other lady who was in today at 12.20 was so sweet too! Great service, loads of smiles and bubbliness! I’ve been here a bunch of times! All the staff are always so lovely, any negative reviews as of late are just demanding difficult customers! Never had anything bad to say about any butlers cafes!

Very good chocolate shake🖤🍫 and loveeed the white choco bombon that you get for free with your drink🫰🏼

Had a lovely brownie and a hot chocolate, they were both delicious, with a unique flavour to other hot chocolate. Overall lovely food and will be going again.
