DANI and DIANA are amazing, they are so nice and took our order super friendly and fast and dani made such a nice frappochino for us, and he was super nice !!!!!!!

Located near Barcelona Cathedral. Even though it gets busy, the staff are very friendly and always smiling. Service is fast and efficient. A great place to take a break while walking around.

Coffe always on point. I am always looking for diary-free coffe shops and this starbucks adapts to my needs. Friendy staff fluent in english. Comfortable seats, the wifi is also ok. Hands down, best shop in BCN!

I asked for a warm latte (a hot latte with a bit of ice inside), but was given an iced latte instead. The staff did not try to understand the request (as I clearly explained again the exact way) and insisted on her own interpretation, as if the only possible options were “iced” or “hot”. I ended up making the drink myself. This was not a language or communication issue, but a refusal to move beyond her own limited understanding.
