The Cake Tree

We stopped here for a break after long walk, and we are so happy to find this gem. I love places like this that are small, cozy, intimate, bright and colourful, bursting of friendliness and optimism. The lady who served us (most likely the owner) was so nice and friendly, she made our visit even more enjoyable. Coffee melange is very good, hot chocolate is perfect, and cakes were delicious. We had Sacher tort and Dark chocolate cake. Would recommend for 1 or 2 people for a coffee and sweets, for nice chat by the window. Very lovely place

Such a cute, adorable place! We stumbled upon it hiding from the cold. So many options including gluten free / glutenfrei gf. The white chocolate milk with oat milk was great, as was the hot chocolate. Many items have half/no sugar, kids demolished the no sugar banana bread. Would come again!!

Incredible iced coffee, which is hard to find in Europe. The breakfast cake was light, and slightly sweet. Calm good music and nice cushions. It was a perfect morning sit down.

Update: my friends, family, and I keep coming back for delicious cake and relaxing atmosphere! I like studying here too. The Hungarian ricotta cheesecake was particularly good. New and tasty cakes and baked items of all kinds fresh every day! A wonderful place to enjoy the atmosphere and delicious food!

Today we visited this place again after a long time. Everything was perfect. The coffee was very high quality, the sweets we tried were fantastic and very tasty! The portions of the sweets were very satisfying. And the lady who welcomed us and served us was smiling and very kind. It will definitely continue to be our hangout every time we visit Vienna.
