The two of us participated in the tea ceremony. It was a truly inspiring experience of stillness and energy. It's incredible how quickly 175 minutes can pass. Afterwards, we were able to purchase tea and the wonderful "basic items" for a tea ceremony at home. We are absolutely delighted.

For over a decade now, my trusted green tea merchant has been located in the "Artee" shop. The absolutely delicious and always fresh tea is a little highlight of my day every single time. And a visit to the shop is always a wonderful experience. They often have excellent new teas, beautiful ceramics, friendly conversations, and personalized advice. I have personally never experienced even a hint of rudeness (as described by some previous reviewers). On the contrary, I always feel treated with great courtesy, respect, and even a certain humility. That this should be reciprocal for a pleasant interpersonal exchange goes without saying (hopefully). I particularly appreciated that they quickly switched to mail order during the COVID pandemic and that the friendly communication via email, as well as small extras included with the deliveries (e.g., origami), preserved the personal touch of visiting the shop. For me personally, "Artee" is one of the most beautiful and important places in Vienna, something that words simply cannot adequately express. Highly recommended, thank you for everything, and see you next time.

I ordered chrysanthemum tea online. It arrived beautifully packaged, with a card, a sample of a Pu-erh/chrysanthemum tea, and an origami piece. So lovely!
