Easygoing outlet whipping up creative bubble & fusion teas in a serene brick-walled space....
After we left a negative review, the barista (Yasmin) contacted us directly via private message and threatened that they would tamper with our drinks if we visit again. This kind of behavior toward customers is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. Unfortunately, the boba tea itself was also not good.
the service? A disaster. The barista named Yasmin was unbelievably rude. No manners, no professionalism, just pure attitude. She treated us with complete disrespect, and actually told us to leave the place. That’s not customer service that’s straight-up unacceptable
The bubbles are not made well and the tea is too sweet even after telling them no sugar. They use way too much syrup for the bubbles. This place is not very authentic
I had high hopes for this place, but the bubble tea is nothing special. I ordered a FRUIT tea and there was no fruit? By other chains like the one in Wien Mitte, they actually put real fruits when you order a fruit tea and blend it. Here it was just some syrup. Also they hype the option of deciding how much sugar you want in the tea, but it’s often not possible to decide. Thanks but no
Not as good as Asia bubble tea. Tea is too soft and not blend well with milk as expected however bubble is quite good so you can still enjoy that for 4-6 euro a cup depend on the size.
