I'm a long-time regular customer, but buying something here is something you think about before driving down to Währingerstrasse... You're not greeted at all. The salesperson with the thinning hair and glasses that others have mentioned isn't exactly customer-friendly; I've even been addressed informally. Seriously? That's why I now look at the items in the store and then order them online. That's what I did with the coffee machine. There used to be such nice saleswomen in this branch, but it's a real shame. It's a branch where you can buy the new products earlier. Well, these ladies aren't exactly the friendliest of people. What a pity.

I went into the store today to buy earrings and apparently, like others in the reviews, I was attracted to the man with no hair and black glasses. There were containers in front of the jewelry shelf. I assumed that this delivery was in the way due to lack of space and walked past it to get the jewelry. Instead of politely asking me what I needed, the man suddenly stood too close behind me and told me in the most arrogant manner that the boxes weren't there for nothing. Aside from the fact that you shouldn't stand so aggressively and close to other people, I wonder why your company doesn't even call him out on his arrogant behavior. Staff like that don't belong in a store. I am friendly and I expect the same from the people I'm talking to.
