they DO NOT know how to make coffee i asked for an iced latte they gave it without the foam milk which they say is how they do it.all the other starbucks ive been they always have the foam on top…then i asked them to add it ,it was 1€crazy.To make it worse, they added whipped cream instead of milk foam, even after I clearly said I did NOT want whipped cream. When I pointed this out, they threw the whipped cream away along with part of my coffee, and then simply added foam to the same cup instead of making a new drink. The overall handling was unprofessional, unhygienic, and disappointing. The manager was rude, and the customer service was unacceptable. This is not the standard I expect from Starbucks.

A lovely spot for a coffee break! I had the spiced pumpkin latte, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever tried perfectly balanced and full of flavor. Cozy atmosphere and great service too. 🎃☕✨

The cashier was so nice and everyone was smiley and helpful. The food is great. I recommend this place

Quick service, friendly staff, delicious coffee and cosy atmosphere. Also, the sofas are soo squishy and nice to seat on.

Ordered via foodora and their machiatto taste like milk with water! And more ice than in any other Starbucks! As a regular customer I have to say that it was the worst Starbucks location in Vienna.
