Welcoming coffeehouse with handcrafted coffee, espresso & tea, plus breakfast, lunch & pastries....
The staff at Starbucks were very friendly and served us quickly. There isn’t much seating available, but that honestly didn’t bother me too much. We had a caramel iced latte and a chocolate Oreo frappuccino — both were extremely delicious, and overall the drinks made for a very pleasant experience. However, when we went to the restrooms, we were extremely disappointed. I simply cannot give a higher rating than 1 because the toilets were the dirtiest I have ever seen anywhere. Considering that there is only one toilet in the women’s restroom and, in the men’s restroom, three urinals (one of which was not working) and one toilet, I don’t think staff can use “too much to clean” as an excuse. If cleaning were done properly and regularly, this situation would not have happened.
Fast & friendly service. Busy location. Beautiful decor!!
Overall, the place is cozy, but there are several issues that need attention. The toilets were in a terrible state—very unclean and poorly maintained. Staff should pay more attention to this, especially since I saw a similar complaint just a month ago. I also had to wait to find a seat, and the service didn’t seem well-organized in managing customers. Additionally, we tried the iced coffee, and unfortunately, it was not good. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements.
A Starbucks like any other. Service and drinks were fine. Bathroom was pretty dirty unfortunately. Outdoor seating is nice on a sunny day and horse drawn carriages pass by.
I visited this café recently. The place itself is nice and the coffee and dessert were good, but my experience changed after I went to the restroom. It was in a very poor condition: used paper everywhere, overflowing bins, dirty walls and door, and it looked like no one had checked or cleaned it for hours. What surprised me most was the feeling behind it. It gave the impression that the business assumes customers will just accept it — that people will come anyway, drink their coffee, and simply ignore the restroom. Almost like: “There is no alternative here, so they will tolerate it.” But cleanliness is not a luxury — it is a basic sign of respect for the people who spend their time and money in a place. Even with fewer staff, it is possible to take a moment to check the facilities regularly. Otherwise, the lack of maintenance becomes a systematic problem, not just an occasional oversight. I really like the café’s atmosphere and I would love to return, but I would not do it. If the restroom is so dirty, I doubt that the kitchen is clean. And this is a big question about food safety. I hope the management takes this seriously. A clean restroom is part of hospitality and care — and something customers do notice.
