One of the best Starbucks locations! This branch is accessed via a side alley, leading to an underground cozy seating area. The place is clean and the staff are friendly, great spot to escape the big city noise.

Nice place to work! (But bring your noise canceling headphones for a better experience)

Big place not crowded. Nice atmosphere. Many people working. Coffee still cheaper than from these mobile baristas in the streets. 5 stars but cashier could be a bit kinder.

I wanted a local coffee shop but ended up in this Starbucks. I can't complain about the coffee or muffin though, both were fine. There's some seating outside, albeit it was too cold to sit outside when I visited. There are 3 floors inside, so plenty of seating. It was clean and a nice relaxing environment to enjoy the coffee.

My experience at Starbucks in Vienna was overwhelmingly positive. The location with an elevator and ample seating, the friendly and attentive staff, and the delicious coffee all contributed to a memorable visit. I highly recommend this Starbucks location to anyone looking for a quality cup of coffee and a comfortable atmosphere in Vienna.
